FRUITY ALKOMY KOMBUCHA JELLO!

Ingredients
1/4 cup water (filtered/spring/rain)
1/4 boiled water
1 heaped T Gelatin (a good bovine one is a great investment!)
1 T local honey or maple syrup (optional to taste)
1 cup Alkomy kombucha
1/2 cup pureed fruit (blueberries Or strawberries or any fruit /fruit juice of your choice)
DIRECTIONS
Add gelatin to 1/4 cup water and stir briskly until thick
Quickly add the 1/4 cup boiling water and stir again briskly.
Add the honey or maple syrup (could prob try coco nectar too – I personally don’t use this but some people like a lot of sweetness!
Then add the kombucha and pureed fruit and whisk well or use a TM to make it really easy.
Very quickly pour the mixture into molds or a greased glass baking dish (double the recipe for a larger fam!) allow to cool in fridge for 2-3 hours.
Store in fridge in an airtight container for 1-2 weeks.
