Our Grass fed Ghee is bright yellow due to the high beta-carotene (natural antioxidant & vitamin A precursor) in the luscious green pastures that our Great Southern WA cows graze on. We churn the farm fresh cream from happy cows into mouthwatering butter, then slowly boil it down to make our delicious, highly nutritious liquid gold.
