Throughout my twenty-year career as a chef, I have always had a passion for hot sauce.
During that time, I have perfected my recipes and using organic home-grown chilli, herbs and
citrus and with an abundance of outstanding locally grown produce of the Margaret River
region, it’s time to share my passion with you. Unlike many hot sauces, we focus on flavour
rather than heat, with just the right balance of salty and sweet, moreish tang. But don’t worry,
our sauces still have a pleasant kick to compliment every meal that can be shared with the
Essential for anything Mexican, the great Aussie BBQ and suitable on almost any meal.
My wide range of flavours ensures there is something for all palates and any occasion.
Perfect for meats, seafood, and your favourite vegetables.
A great last-minute addition means you only need to marinade meats or fish for two hours
prior to cooking.
Dips & Dressings
Our hot sauces will impart tremendous flavour when added to your dips, salsas, and
dressings. They can also be added to olive oil or relishes for some extra zing!

A dash of my sauces will give tired old favourites a new edge that I’m sure you’ll enjoy.
A little strange but a little dash in your desserts can go a long way. Chocolate Cake with our
Original flavour, Pineapple Tart with our Pineapple Hot Sauce, and Mango, Lime Brulee are
all sensational with a dash of our sauces.

Another incredible local resource. We know that you are going to love our sauces just as
much as we do, as we showcase them every Saturday at the Margaret River Farmers Market
along with the very best that our region has to offer.

Hot & Sweet. Based off the amazing flavours that I found in New Orleans that started my
culinary journey. Full of Herbs & Spices, quick to be a new favourite.
Tangy and fresh green undertones. Light, and perfect for summer meals.
Roasted Garlic & Chipotle
Deep, rich, organic local garlic with smokey chipotle chilli. Addictive and a garlic lovers’
Sounds strange but weirdly works well. Juicy sweetcorn, earthy herb flavour with the right
balance of sweet and tang.
My homage to a Caribbean Staple. Salty, sweet, peppery and plenty of citrus.
Smoked Pineapple & Ginger
Smokey but light. Juicy WA pineapple not too sweet with a nice ginger undertone.
Mango & Lime
WA mango and home-grown dwarf lime paired for an excellent fruity and rich flavour with a
Stupidly hot. Based on my Original flavour but less sweet & more heat. Only for serious
