The Spice Mistress Masalas are created in Margaret River by Sarina Kamini, using organic spice created from Sarina’s own recipes representing centuries of her Kashmiri family’s knowledge of spice and cooking, reinterpreted in her own special Margaret River way. The blends are designed for use with the best of the region’s fresh produce, engaging the user in the idea of seasonal cooking for minimum effort and maximum flavour. The masalas are hand-blended and hand-bottled by Sarina in Margaret River.
