Inspired by local products, sustainable and chemical free as much as possible.
Hoping that freshness in the produce resonates in the final product. Matt & Susan intend to produce three different types of fresh ravioli filled with locally sourced ingredients which will change depending on the season and produce availability for example Heidi goats cheese and Patchwork Farm heirloom pumpkin over winter and Braised Arkady lamb with rosemary in spring. As well as the above ravioli they will be making Tagliatelle, Rigatoni, Orecchette, Giglidel gargano, flavoured with Vegetables eg Spinach Tagliatelle.
Matt & Susan will be changing their pasta range with the seasons.
Created by a local chef we believe it to be of restaurant quality at an affordable price.
