Andreas and Sonja’s philosophy is to raise happy & healthy animals which are easy to handle and require only a minimum of care. They live on natural pasture and fodder shrubs on our farm in Rosa Brook, and are supplemented with meadow hay and lupin seeds, if required. Sonja has an amazing and delicious selection of cheeses to try every Saturday morning such as, chevre, aged chevre, swiss style, swiss style with herbs, camembert, haloumi and a few others depending on what she has decided to create that week. Heidi cheeses are small batch produced and truly unique. Sonja and Andreas also have a selection of goat meat available on Saturday mornings at the Farmers Markets in Margaret River. They only sell their goat meat and sausages frozen, so please contact them directly if you would prefer a fresh product.
