Chantel Prowse is a fourth generation farmer, farming on my parents’ farm in Capel. I have a heritage listed rare breed of cattle called British Whites, they originate from Lancashire in the 1700’s. They are a truly beautiful breed, not only are they gorgeous looking they produce amazingly tender, lightly marbled & flavoursome beef. All our cattle are 100% grass fed and finished, we do not use chemicals or pesticides on our farm and our animals are antibiotic or hormone free. We leave our cattle to graze freely as we want them to live as happy and relaxed as they possibly can. I am very passionate about my animals and want everyone to experience the best possible meat available in a true paddock to plate experience.
