Chestnut Brae is a breath of Europe in the south west. With 1000 45 year old chestnut trees forming veritable forests, owners Linda and John Stanley, have created a regenerative agriculture paradise.
They use animals to build soil health to produce the healthiest crops possible. They pick, pack, dry and mill the chestnuts all on the farm so they can ensure the utmost quality of the products they produce.
From Fresh chestnuts in season, they also produce peeled frozen chestnuts all year round. Organic gluten free flour is milled on the farm, shiitake mushroom logs using chestnut wood are produced, along with chestnut puree, chestnut cream, chestnut chutney, chestnut mustard and dried chestnuts.

These chestnuts are ideal to have in the pantry for when you want to make something super special. Peeled and dehydrated, all you have to do is soak them overnight, then they are ready to bake into a special dish. Gluten, preservative and sugar free, vegan friendly.
We mill our own organic chestnuts on the farm using a beautiful imported Austrian flour mill, creating a fine organic, gluten free chestnut flour. This flour adds the magical flavour of chestnuts to your baking. Use 30% chestnut flour in your regular or gluten free baking. Gluten, preservative and sugar free, vegan friendly.
Gourmet range includes Chestnuts in Syrup, Crème de Marrons (Chestnut Cream) Chestnut Puree, Chestnut Chutney, Chestnut Mustard, Chestnut Flour, Chestnut Honey, Chestnut Orchard Honey. In addition we produce Shiitake mushroom on chestnut logs and Chestnut fed pasture raised Heritage pork and nitrate free sausages and bacon.
